Everything we publish on this site is measured before it is written. If you want that same measurement run on your stack instead of ours, we do a small number of fixed-scope, remote reviews. No retainers, no discovery calls that go nowhere — a defined input, a defined deliverable, a fixed quote up front.
Inference & GPU configuration review
Your model, your GPU, your workload — measured, not guessed. We benchmark the serving configurations that matter for your case (engine, quantization, KV cache settings, batching) and hand you the numbers.
- You send:
- Model, hardware, and a description of the workload (context lengths, traffic shape).
- You get:
- A recommended configuration table, the benchmark logs behind it, and what we would not do — with reasons.
RAG & retrieval evaluation review
An independent measurement of your retrieval pipeline: where recall is lost, whether re-ranking pays for its latency, and what your evaluation is actually measuring.
- You send:
- Pipeline description, a sample of queries and documents (or a way to run against your stack).
- You get:
- An evaluation report with per-stage numbers, the harness we used, and concrete next steps ranked by expected effect.
Agent harness & governance review
A review of how your coding or production agents are wrapped: where token spend goes, which loops never fire, and which silent failure paths have no receipts. The same discipline our published measurements use.
- You send:
- Harness code or a detailed description, plus logs from representative runs.
- You get:
- A findings report (spend breakdown, dead branches, missing invariants) and a prioritized hardening list.
How it works
- Email us a short description of your setup and which review you want.
- We confirm the scope and send a fixed quote. If it is not a fit, we say so.
- Delivery is typically within five business days of receiving access or data.
